Simple Isometric Exercise to Build Embouchure Strength

This simple 10 second exercise can dramatically improve embouchure strength for wind instrument players if done properly and consistently. Isometric exercises are never a replacement for practicing a wind instrument, however muscle development away from the instrument can lead to improved tone, range and endurance when playing saxophone, flute, clarinet, trumpet and all brass instruments.
